Olympic Leadership in Organizations

Every manager, organization, and company has their own unique leadership operating system, and there is no single recipe or rulebook for organizational success. Through our joint work, we will understand together what is the best way to reach new heights.
Sports are a fascinating arena from which organizations and managers can learn a lot about leadership and management, resilience and perseverance, dealing with challenges, connecting with passion, and striving for achievement.

In my work, I combine my two favorite fields - sports and organizations.
My in-depth knowledge of both arenas allows me to combine the worlds, thereby enriching the world of management with examples and capabilities from the world of sports and bringing the world of organizations to sports.

Our journey together begins here.

The connection to organizations

Senior facilitator and leadership development consultant, expert in management development processes and in facilitating senior leadership programs in business organizations.
I began my professional path in the organizational world at a leadership development school as a consultant to commanders and combat units. Later, I also had the privilege of guiding and training school principals as part of their leadership development and training process.

winnergy

The energy that leads to victory

Energy is an element that cannot always be seen, but its effects on performance are clear and visible.

Coaches and athletes deal with managing their energy resources on a daily basis to generate motivation and increase performance.

Periods of crisis, stress, and burnout are just some of the challenges facing athletes, coaches, and employees and managers in organizations. These challenges affect not only personal energy but also motivation and performance.

In this lecture, we will learn to identify, regulate, and manage the appropriate energy, through which you can leverage your peak performance, that of the people around you, and that of the entire organization.

The world of sports is a fascinating arena from which you can learn a lot about leadership, resilience, and coping with challenges. After more than 15 years of experience in organizational leadership development and mental training in competitive sports, I am happy to combine the insights from both worlds.

In my lecture series , I combine insights from the world of sports with the skills required in the corporate world.
